지금까지 이런 호텔은 없었다 이것은 호텔인가 모텔인가?
가격 대비 너무 비싸요 아무리 공휴일이라 그렇다고 하지만 아무리 그래도 그 정도 가격이면 다른 호텔 잡을 가격이에요 그리고 호텔 가격이라고 하기에는 모텔이였습니다 다시 선택하라면 안할거 같습니다.

비추. 그냥 모텔인데, 왜이렇게 별점이 높은지 의문스럽네요.
없습니다.
1. 첫번째 호텔 전경 사진은 포토샵된 사진입니다. 호텔 양옆으로 오래된 모텔과 너저분한 룸싸롱, 노래방들이 즐비합니다. 옛날 서울 청량리 같은 느낌입니다. 2. 시설 및 서비스는 모텔이라고 보시면 됩니다. 3. 가장 문제는 청소하시는 분에 대한 교육이 정말.... 제가 국내외 여러 호텔 결코 적지는 않게 다녀보았는데요, 기본적으로 투숙객이 연박하는 상황에서 청소하는 상황이면 투숙객 물건은 터치하지 않는게 원칙입니다. 땅바닥에 놓아둔 휴지 등만 쓰레기로 간주합니다. 수건도 땅바닥에 버려둔 것 아니면 가져가지 않는게 원칙으로 알고있어요. 그런데 이 분은 제가 투숙하는 동안 쓰려고 뜯어놓은 화장품 샘플을 전부 갖다버리셨더군요. 일부러 버리지 마시라고 욕실에 있던 것 전부 모아서 소파테이블 중앙에 모아뒀는데 그걸 싹 다 버림...ㅎ 4. 게다가 제 물건을 가져갔습니다. 핸드폰 충전을 하다가 헤드는 그대로 꽂아둔 채로 선만 가지고 나왔는데, 돌아와보니 헤드가 없어진 겁니다. 가져갔던거죠. (추측이 아니고 나중에 문제제기해서 돌려받았습니다.) 5. 여기까지만 해도 황당한데, 카운터의 응대는 더욱 황당했습니다. 카운터라고 해서 무슨 교육된 분이 계시는건 아니고 사장님으로 추정되는 분이 계셨는데요. 제가 1차로 화장품 샘플 버린 걸 이야기하자, '그래요? 그럴 분이 아닌데.. 죄송합니다.' 하셨습니다. 샘플을 다시 돌려받을수도 없는거고 죄송하다고 하시니, 네 알겠습니다 하고 마무리했습니다. 그런데 2차로 '충전기 헤드가 없어졌다. 화장품 샘플 버리신걸로 미루어봤을때, 청소 아주머니가 다소 업무에 미숙하셔서 호텔 물건으로 착각하고 가져가셨을 수도 있을듯하다.' 라고 이야기를 하자, '네? 아침에 오면 일단 물어보겠는데.. 근데 아까부터 계속 뭐가 없어졌다고 문제제기를 하시는데.. 저희 아주머니가 그럴 분이 아니시거든요? 자꾸 그러시는데.. 하여간 아침에 물어볼게요.' 이러시더군요. 여행와서 이러쿵 저러쿵 하기도 싫어서 '네 일단 아주머니 오시면 물어봐주시지요.' 하고 말았는데 황당하더군요. 사용자로서 근로자에 대한 신뢰를 가지고 계신 점 보기 좋았으나, 그걸 물건 잃어버렸다는 손님에게 뽐낼 건 아니지요. 사장님은 다음 날 아침에 '아유~ 아주머니가 헤드를 뽑는게 습관이셔서 습관적으로 뽑아서 가지고 오셨더라구요. 죄송해요~' 하면서 주시더라고요... ㅎㅎ 솔직히 습관적으로 뽑아서 가져갔다는게 무슨 소리인지 이해도 안갑니다. 지갑을 습관적으로 가져가는 버릇이 있으셨다면 그렇게 말하고 마실건가요? 제가 눈치 못챘다면 전 그냥 헤드 잃어버렸겠지요? 제가 눈치채지 못한 뭐가 없어진게 있나 신경쓰이는게 사실입니다. 6. 그리고 방음 안됩니다. 옆방에 아저씨 2 + 아주머니 1 조합이었는데 술 취해서 떠드시는 소리에 자다 깼습니다.
